Wireless technology company Harris Corp., said on Wednesday that the U.S. Army has ordered $55 million worth of advanced satellite terminals. The contract is part of a five-year Army program with a five-year option period that could be worth up to $600 million, Harris said. The newest order brings the total to $153 million for Harris since April 2009. Harris shares rose $1.12, or 2.4 percent, to $47.19 in morning trading |
